This week we are starting to prune the trees around the course. We will be cutting low branches in the rough that hang over the cart path and others that our rough mower has a hard time getting under. We also need to prune branches that don’t allow enough sunlight to the grass, block good shots off the tee, and are unhealthy.
Most of these cut branches are being staged behind 4 Green waiting to be chipped. We anticipate the pruning to go on for about a month. At that time we will chip them up into mulch.
